Gas cylinders are manufactured from high quality special alloyed seamless tubes, in accordance with TS 11169. We can manufacture cylinders from the capacity of 1 lt. to 50 lt. and the pressure of 200-300 Bar and 230-345 Bar.

Bottom and neck forms are manufactured as for FORGING METHOD without welding, at the heat treatment process they are subjected to normalization, tempering processes which are realised with automatic control devices.

The cylinders are applied to metalurgical and physical tests at modern Bursan laboratories, production line is controlled by non-destructive test processes and products are subjected to fatigue tests, working under pressure, bursting and deformation tests.

According to customers demand, our cylinders are as well sertificated from national or foreighn independent third party certification body.

After delivery, cylinders can be followed by their serial numbers existing on their body
